All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 7 days with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses, but we’ll do our best to help if the carrier hasn’t delivered yet.
