SHIPPING & HANDLING

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated deliver times (after processing) are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note: deliver times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic (U.S.) addresses

  • PO Boxes (Standard Shipping Only)

  • U.S. Territories (Some restrictions may apply)

At this time, we do not offer International Shipping options.​

Warm Weather Shipping

Because candles can soften or melt in extreme heat, we may:

  • Add extra packaging during warm months

  • Hold orders placed late in the week to prevent weekend warehouse delays

This helps ensure your candles arrive in perfect condition.​

RETURN POLICY

30-Day Return Policy

 

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original packaging

  • Be in the same condition in which you received it 

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds​

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of deliver with photos of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for unused items. If you'd like a different scent or product, contact us and we'll guide you through the exchange process.

Return Shipping

  • For returns due to personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For damaged or incorrect items, we cover all return or replacement shipping fees.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 7 days with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses, but we'll do our best to help if the carrier hasn't delivered yet.
